Chicken wings in the oven

Ingredients:

1 kilogram of chicken wings or small chicken thighs
A tablespoon of tomato sauce
A tablespoon of lemon juice
A tablespoon of mustard
A teaspoon of crushed garlic
A teaspoon of dry coriander powder
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet red pepper powder) (optional)
Half a teaspoon of ginger powder
Half a teaspoon of thyme
Salt and black pepper

steps:

Wash the chicken wings or thighs with water and a little salt, rinse them well with water and set them aside. Then prepare the marinade, bring a bowl and put tomato sauce, lemon juice, mustard, crushed garlic, coriander powder, paprika, ginger, thyme, then salt and black pepper, mix these ingredients well until you get a homogeneous sauce, then season with the chicken wings and then put them in Fridge for 4 hours or more.

After that, cook the chicken wings in the oven on a medium temperature for 40 minutes, after the chicken wings are cooked, serve hot with tomato sauce, potato salad with olive oil or a rice salad with vegetables.

Lasagna with béchamel

ingredients:

Béchamel sauce:
Milk: one and a half liters (skimmed, liquid)
Flour: 5 tablespoons
Butter: a tablespoon
Salt, to taste
Black pepper to taste
Onion powder: a teaspoon
For lasagna:
Lasagna Dough: Package (Ready)
Ground beef: 1 kg (without fat)
Vegetable oil: a tablespoon
Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)
Tomato sauce: half a cup
Tomato juice: a liter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper to taste
Dried thyme: a tablespoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon (net)
Mozzarella: 2 cups (grated)

steps:

For “Lasagna”: Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, then fry the meat, while stirring, until it changes color. Sprinkle salt and pepper, stirring. Then, pour the sauce, stirring, pour the tomato juice. Leave the ingredients on a medium to high heat, until you notice the thickness of the consistency of the sauce. Then, add honey and thyme, stirring often.
For the sauce: Add the butter to a separate saucepan, and when it melts, fry a spoonful of flour in it, then gradually pour half a liter of milk, while stirring. Care must be taken to avoid caking of the mixture.
Add the rest of the flour to a separate bowl, stirring (on cold), with the milk. Then, pour the mixture over the buttered flour, over the heat, while continuing to stir. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion powder, while stirring.
A special tray is to be painted in the oven, with oil, and a layer of “lasagna” slices are added. A second layer is a ladle of minced meat mixture, then a third layer of “béchamel” sauce, so a fourth layer of “lasagna” slices, then a fifth of minced meat .. Repeat the steps until the lasagna is exhausted, with the last layer being the “béchamel” sauce filled with cheese.
Enter the tray into the oven until fully cooked, and serve hot

Pepper rice with butter

ingredients:

Butter: two-thirds of a cup
American rice: 1 cup
Water: 4 cups
Garlic: 4 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Salt: 1 teaspoon

steps:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the rice and stir.
Add the water and stir the mixture, put the lid on and leave the saucepan over a stove until it boils.
When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and cook the rice for about 10 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir, put the cover again and cook for 5 minutes until the rice is cooked, and then season with salt.
Stir the mixture well, turn off the heat, and serve hot.

Berry juice

ingredients:

Pineapple juice: 1 cup
Bananas: 2 pieces
Yogurt: 1 cup
Cranberries: 2 cups

steps:

Put serving cups into the fridge to cool down.
Chop the banana and put it in a blender.
Add berries and pineapple juice.
Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the juice into cooled serving cups.

Buttered salmon

ingredients:

Potatoes: 2 pieces (large / diced)
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1,5 teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Salmon fillet: 4 slices
Garlic: 2 ,5 tablespoons (crushed)
Parsley: 2 tablespoons (fresh and chopped)
Lemon juice: 1/3 cup (fresh)
Butter: 12 cup (melted)
White vinegar: 2 tbsp
Chicken broth: 1/4 cup

steps:

Mix the potatoes with the oil, half a tablespoon of crushed garlic, half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper.
Put the potatoes in an oven dish and put them in the oven for 15 minutes, until they are soft and brown.
Remove the potatoes on the side of the plate and put the salmon.
Spread the rest of the garlic amount over the salmon and parsley.
Mix the lemon juice with the butter and add the mixture over the salmon, then season with the rest of the salt and pepper.
Return the dish to the oven and leave for 10 minutes until the salmon is tender.
Fry the dish and serve hot

1- Use aromatherapy that is used for essential oils. Make one for the chocolates with a deep bowl. Light the candle and put it in place. Place the chocolate bars in the bowl, and keep stirring until they begin to melt. Leave it on a quiet candle fire to keep it melted.

This method is suitable for dipping chopped fruits, biscuits, and marshmallows in melted chocolate.

  1. Melting chocolate in a water bath: Fill 2/3 of the saucepan with boiling water, and put the chocolate in a deep heat-resistant bowl over the mouth of the saucepan. Leave the saucepan over a low heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted and becomes a creamy consistency.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl directly over low heat while stirring.
  3. Use the microwave to melt the chocolate, by placing it in a glass dish, then insert it into the microwave for 3 minutes with stirring after every minute

Chinese fried rice

ingredients:

Rice: one and a half cups (cooked)
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Onions: 1 piece (roughly chopped)
Green onions: 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
Red hot pepper: 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
Carrots: a quarter cup
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper to taste

steps:

Place a frying pan on medium heat, then add the sesame oil, onion, hot red pepper, and carrots, and stir the ingredients until wilted.
Combine the vegetables in a corner of the pan, add the beaten egg to the bottom, and beat until cooked, and stir the ingredients.
Add the rice to the mixture, add the soy sauce, season with salt and black pepper, stir the ingredients until the flavors overlap, then add the green onions.
Take the pan off the heat and serve hot on your plate

Grilled potatoes with lemon

Ingredients:

Canola oil: a quarter cup
Butter: 12 cup (melted)
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
Oregano: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Potatoes: 5 pieces (peeled and diced)

steps:

Heat the oven at 200 degrees.
Mix canola oil, melted butter, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl until ingredients are incorporated.
Place the potatoes in an oven tray, pour the oil mixture, and put them in the oven for 45 minutes until the potatoes are soft and serve hot, along with the grilled meat or chicken.

Orange juice with ginger

Ingredients:

Oranges: 3 grains (peeled)
Ginger: 1 tablespoon (minced)
Lemon: 1 piece (peeled)
Turmeric: half a teaspoon (ground)

steps:

With a mixer, mix the oranges, ginger and lemon well until the ingredients are well incorporated and become smooth.
Add turmeric and mix well.
Strain the mixture in cups and serve

Puree (curd) Italian lemon

Ingredients:

Lemon juice: 160gm (Sicilian mazoni)
Eggs: 3 pieces (large)
Sugar: 12 cup
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 3 tablespoons (+ 2 teaspoons (50 g))

steps:

Heat Sicilian Mazoni lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk together the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
Add eggs and sugar in the saucepan and stir constantly, then add the flour and stir again until the mixture thickens for 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
Add the butter, then stir it until smooth, and finally pour it into the jars.
