A cup and a half of biscuit crumbs.
Half a cup of white sugar.
A quarter cup of melted butter.
Five cups of cream cheese.
Five eggs.
Two egg yolks.
One and three quarters of a cup of white sugar.
An eighth of a cup of multi-purpose flour.
A quarter cup of heavy whipping cream.


Heat the oven to a temperature of two hundred degrees Celsius.
Mix biscuit crumbs, white sugar and melted butter together, and put the mixture in the tray. Put all of: cream cheese, eggs and egg yolks in the bowl of an electric mixer, and mix them together until the mixture becomes smooth, then add: white sugar, flour and heavy cream to the mixture, and continue mixing until the mixture becomes smooth.
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for ten minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 100 degrees Celsius, and leave it for an hour. a
Take the cheesecake out of the oven, leave it aside until it cools a little, then put it in the refrigerator and leave it for several hours until it cools, then serve it.
Decorate as desired.
