Mayonnaise without eggs


1/2 A cup of boiled and cold milk
Salt + mustard
3 cheese
1/2 cup of oil
White vinegar


In the blender we put half a cup of milk, salt, mustard, 3 cheese grains and half the amount of oil, set the nuts on and mix well, then add vinegar and mix and then add the remaining oil gradually until you get solid mayonnaise
